ORP 500 Re-Crystallization System

The ORP 500 re-crystallization system can be added to the return line of the tempering machine, allowing it to be re-tempered.

In chocolate production facilities, chocolates produced with cocoa butter are produced by tempering. This process ensures that the cocoa butter is bound with a proper bond structure. A re-crystallization heat exchanger must be applied to the return of the tempering machine. Otherwise, the tempered product will re-enter the tempering machine and a defective bond structure will be formed. This situation causes your product to lose its brightness and shorten its shelf life.
